The nationally certified planners of Gala Productions are trained and skilled in executing every aspect of a wedding.  Below is a deeper look at our services.  If you are in need of a task not listed below, please use the request form below to get information on your specific needs.
Day-of Coordinator $1000
-We start out bycontacting all of the venues and vendors to introduce ourselves and coordinate their arrival, setup and breakdown times.  

-We help the bride with designing an itinerary for her wedding day, photography sessions before and after the ceremony, the actual ceremony and the reception. We can solve any timing issues and answer any etiquette questions in regards to who walks in with whom, who sits where, etc.  

-We type up this itinerary and distribute it to all wedding participants at the rehearsal.  

-We direct the rehearsal if allowed by the venue.  Some churches will only let their own coordinator direct things, however, we still show up to introduce ourselves, pass out the itineraries and ask that we be called in case of emergencies or for help, rather than the bride, groom or their families.

-We are on call and on site on the day of the wedding to solve any problems that may arise as vendors set up and decorate.  

-We inspect the setup to make sure everything is implemented as contracted. 

-We direct the wedding ceremony, letting the musicians know when it's time to change songs because they typically are not familiar with the wedding participants.

-We transport personal items like the guest book, programs, etc. from the ceremony to the reception. 

-We direct the reception, keeping everything on time and on track.  

-We make sure everyone is ready for the next activity before giving the DJ or band the go-ahead to announce what's about to happen. For example, we make sure the photographer, videographer, bride and her father are all in place before having the emcee announcing the father/daughter dance. This prevents the DJ from announcing the dance followed by a dead silence while everyone looks around for the bride or her dad.

-At the end of the reception, we coordinate the sendoff.

-After the sendoff, we make sure the responsible parties have their gifts and personal items such as the cake servers, etc.


Month-of Coordination $1500
So often there are things that go wrong on the wedding day that could have been avoided had a professional reviewed the details before the wedding. Sometimes the photographer or entertainment have not been contracted for enough hours. Sometimes there are linens for the guest tables but important tables such as the the buffet, bar, cake table(s), etc. are missed  Often, this costs much more when it has to be taken care of on the wedding day.  

With the Month-Of Coordination package, we do everything in the Day-Of plus are accessible to the bride the entire month before the wedding for questions on last-minute details. Most importantly, though, we go through each of their contracts and go down our professional checklist to make sure there are no loose ends that will hinder a smooth event from unfolding. This package also provides a little more service as we will email the rehearsal, hair/makeup/prep, photography and ceremony times to the wedding party if emails are provided to us.

Hand-in-Hand starting a $2500*
-We design an estimated budget breakdown

-We assist the bride if she needs help finding a venue

-We make qualty vendor recommendations that are within budget

-We communicate with the vendors on behalf of the bride so that everyone is on the same page

-We follow our guidelines and checklists to make sure that every detail is addressed and nothing is missed

-We set up vendor appointments around the bride's schedule

-We attend most vendor appointments to make sure everything is arranged properly

-We review contracts for accuracy and adequacy

-We work with the bride to determine her color scheme and/or style (if needed)

-We work with the bride to fully develop her design and decor, making recommendations for elements that will compliment the design

-We do research for the bride as needed (finding a special aisle runner, etc.)

-We present visual aids (photographs, websites, etc.) to help the bride fully understand the elements of her design and therefore make educated decisions

-We make sure she has an acceptable floorplan

-We calculate the rental items needed for the design and place the order for the bride

-We do everything that's in the Day-Of Coordination Package

Concierge starting at $3600*
-Everything is done from the former packages but rather than the bride traveling from venue to venue and vendor to vendor, everything is handled inhouse and the bride only has to communicate and come to our office where we will present everything to her.  

We explain the difference like this: The Hand-in-Hand package is like having a clothing designer go shopping with you.  The Conciere is like having a personal stylist bring designer clothes to you.  The end result is the same: your closet has great new items.  The difference is how much time and effort you put into obtaining them.

À la carte
There are often tasks that are not covered under our or other vendors' services but need to be done, nonetheless.  We can assist you in finding staffing for the following tasks (this list is not exhaustive):
-extensive setup
-breakdown
-cleanup
-bartender
-servers
-transporting large items
-picking up rentals
-returning rentals
