The Day-of Coordinator works silently behind the scenes to make sure the violinist knows when it's time to start the wedding march, the band knows when to announce the newly married couple's arrival at the reception, the champagne is in the toasting flutes when it's time to cut the cake and the countless other things that go into making an event run smoothly.
There's an entire list of tasks that must be done on your wedding day. Things that you won't have time to do because you'll be getting your hair styled and makeup applied. You'll be hugging relatives and taking pictures.
You'll want your mother right there with you and that's where we step in. Fixing problems, directing setup, lighting candles, preparing and setting out your personal things.
We make sure you, your fiance and your families get to enjoy your day, knowing everything is in the hands of a professional.
Month-of $1500
Some brides enjoy the process of planning their own wedding. They have their binder with pictures and contracts and checklists. Weeks before the wedding, however, they begin to worry and wonder if they've missed anything or if the plans they've made will flow smoothly. They are afraid there will be rookie mistakes and glitches that could have been fixed with a little expert knowledge.
We are this bride's saving grace. We have what we call our "Peace of Mind Checklist". We use our expertise to look over each contract, time frame, scheduled activity and best laid plan and then work out a fix for problems. It's kind of like spellcheck for weddings. It's something you do as a precaution before setting the big day in motion.
In addition to gaining peace of mind, you also gain the incredible day-of coordinator mentioned in the first package.
Hand-in-Hand starting at $2500
When you think of a wedding planner, this is what you're thinking of. If you need help finding a venue, help finding quality vendors, help with your budget, help knowing what steps to take and when, then you need a wedding planner.
With Gala Productions, you get an added benefit. All planners at GP are certified not only in wedding planning but also wedding design. This means that you will have access to ideas and resources that most planners may not even know about. We constantly educate ourselves in the latest trends, products and services from the trend-setting centers of the world. We work with you to create a design even you couldn't have imagined...and you've probably been dreaming of this for quite some time.

Concierge starting at $3500
This special service is for the bride who may not have the time it takes to be heavily involved in the planning process.
The typical planning process involves scheduling meetings with 1-3 vendors for every category (photographer, videographer, baker, etc.), attending those meetings at the separate offices of each vendor and then possibly making 1-2 additional trips to some vendor for adjustments or changes. Each vendor will have a different contract and many will have various payment arrangements. Some require a deposit, a payment halfway through and another payment either one month, two weeks, one week before or the day of the wedding.
In short, planning a wedding takes a time and organizational commitment.
Gala Productions can save you from the zipping around town, the thick binder of contracts, the dozens of checks you'll write and the concern that you'll forget to pay someone.
The Concierge service brings the planning to you. We arrange for vendors to meet you in one location, usually our office or the venue. We keep track of your contracts and make sure they are paid on time. All you have to do is tell us what you want, make 2-3 payments over the course of the process and sit back while we work our magic to make everything happen. You will/can still approve every detail and decision if you'd like or if you're confident in our track record and portfolio, we can incorporate your wish list into a design that will knock your veil off.
The key is that you're in control of the enjoyable side of planning and we're in control of the business side.

If you're getting married and don't know where to start or if you've jumped into the planning pool and found yourself in over your head, check out the Hand-in-Hand package.
Concierge
If you're looking forward to the big day but not the numerous vendor meetings and planning trips...if you're the type who, rather than going shopping with a pesonal shopper would rather a stylist bring designer clothes to you, you are a Concierge package girl.
