Stacy Parker, Owner, Certified Wedding Planner, Certified InstructorStacy began assisting in wedding coordination and design at the early age of seventeen years old. Over the next decade, she planned numerous corporate events while continuing to be involved in the weddings of family and friends. In 2002, she decided to share her expertise and creativity. Combining her skills, experience and vast database of local knowledge, she formed Gala Productions, an event design and planning service. Four years later, and only two years after completing her own certification studies in Dallas, Stacy was chosen by The Wedding Planning Institute as an expert to teach wedding planning at a local college. While staying current on trends and fashion, Stacy keeps a hand on the traditional so as to relate to each bride's unique tastes. She continually researches and expands her knowledge on all that is available to brides, both in this state and beyond. Stacy believes every event, no matter how intimate or grand, should be festive and special. She believes every event should be a gala. Note: Gala Productions has expanded over the past few years and is now pleased to provide service to all of Louisiana, Jackson, Mississippi and the Hot Springs and Little Rock, Arkansas areas. Stacy is available to all of these offices and retains complete creative control on all events. She works closely with a well-qualified and trained staff at these locations to implement the unique events she has become known for. Everyone at Gala Productions strives to reach the same standards held by industry leaders in large cities all across the nation, including Dallas, New York, and San Diego.
Courtney Galbreath Courtney Galbreath began her career in event planning when she took a position with the recognized authority on the Psychology of Leadership and Peak Performance, Tony Robbins. She worked with his most elite membership program for three years before moving back to her home state of Louisiana. During this time Courtney assisted in planning events all over the world and providing white glove assistance to the participants of this elite membership. After Courtney's relocation to Louisiana, she continued to plan both small and large corporate events for well-known authors and public speakers; all while romanticizing about the zeal and enthusiasm of wedding planning. Her logistical strengths and attention to detail made Courtney great at planning but it was her savvy personality and love of tradition that made each of her events posh and unique. When Courtney made contact with Stacy, she knew that her enthusiasm and style would be a perfectly matched partnership. Courtney has been a wonderful addition to the Gala Productions team and was proud to have her recently accept the position of lead planner of the South Louisiana branch.

Kim Crosby When Kim Crosby began to lose sleep from planning weddings in her head at night, she knew it was time to make a change. Leaving a successful meteorologist career with a local television station, Kim followed her dreams to Gala Productions. After studying as an assistant under Stacy Parker for a while, Kim began feeling more and more comfortable spreading her creative wings. It wasn't long before Stacy knew it was time to let Kim fly. She has taken Little Rock and Hot Springs by storm, working side-by-side with Stacy to create events that exemplify what Gala Productions is all about: chic and modern with a unique twist.
